CAMP DATE: 12th April 2026 to 03 June 2026
VENUE: Nature Education Park, Village Sindhrot, Vadodara.

Gujarat Nature Conservation Society will be organising 8 Nos. of 4 days Residential Camps under GNCS SUMMER SCHOOL 2026 focused on “TIME” for students of standard 5th (Passed) to 10th interested in Nature and related activities during Summer Vacation.

Age Limit: Std. 5 (Passed) to 10 (11 years and above) AGE BAR IS RELAXED FOR PAST CAMP STUDENTS

ACTIVITIES:

  • Activities and Games based on Focal Theme – Time
  • Model Making – Refractive Telescope and different types of SUNDIALS
  • Participants will learn the concept of Living with the Nature
  • Bird Watching
  • Guided Trekking in the jungle
  • Games
  • Night Sky Observation through Observatory Telescope

CAMP FEE: Rs. 3500/- Per Person (Payable online/NEFT on our bank only with prior registration)

YOU HAVE TO BRING: Cloths, Sleeping Bag, Shoes, Socks, Slipper, Torch, Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Soap, Comb, Towel, Napkin, Mug for Milk, Water Bottle, Mosquito repellent, Compass Box with all geometrical
instruments, Notebook, Pen, Pencil, Medicines, Cap, and scientific attitude.

WE WILL PROVIDE: Resource Materials for model making, Milk, Breakfast, Meals, Drinking Water, Accommodation in Hall, and Security.

NOTE:

GNCS SUMMER SCHOOL is a mission to mould the children to build the
Environment friendly, Healthy, Scientific, Green and Clean India.

  1. Participants will have to reach Nature Education Park on their own at 10 am
    on Sunday. The Camp will end at 10 am on Wednesday
  2. The Fees must be paid online only, as per the details provided in the letter
    of confirmation of admission from us through WhatsApp within 24 hours
    after ONLINE registration. (Kindly mention WhatsApp mobile number in the
    form to get further communications)
  3. Fee is NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE
  4. Our canteen will not be able to serve JAIN FOOD
  5. On the spot admission will not be entertained
  6. Interested students must register for their suitable camp dates
  7. Contact us at our office by telephone for further assistance and
    information. Admission will be given on FIRST COME FIRST BASIS
  8. Extreme care is taken to design the activities. All the safety and security
    points will be taken care by GNCS during the Nature Trail and eco-sports in
    the camp, though GNCS will not be responsible for any kind of accidents in
    the premises
  9. Parents will not be permitted to meet the student during camp days.
